Samosa Patti | Spring Roll Sheets

India's favorite street food is Irani samosa. Each state has their own flavor and they use their local flavors to make their own unique version of the Irani samosa.

 4 cups all purpose flour
 2 tbsp oil
 1.50 cups water
 ½ tsp salt

Combine flour, salt, and oil

Add water and make smooth dough

Cover and keep 30 minutes

Divide dough into two parts and make rolls

Cut the roll into the desired size

Make smooth balls out of each piece of dough. Sprinkle flour and roll 4 small rotis

Spread oil thoroughly and sprinkle flour on each roti and stack them

Roll the stack of roti as thin as possible

On hot tawa, put the rolled stack of roti and cook 10 seconds

Flip the roti and remove the top roti. Repeat the same for all the remaining rotis

Put stack of roti on hot tawa and cook bottom for 20 seconds

Flip the stack of rotis and cook 20 seconds

Remove the roti from the tawa and crush it which help you separate each roti from each other easily

Roll single roti and put on hot tawa

Cook for 10 seconds and flip. Cook another 10 seconds
