Ooey Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies Without Eggs | Eggless Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

Chocolate Chip Cookies is a classic cookie recipe that comes to mind when it comes to baking cookies. However, this chocolate chip cookie recipe is a recipe that takes those who do not eat eggs into consideration. Even without eggs, these chocolate chip cookies still turn out to be crunchy on the outside and soft and gooey on the inside - the perfect texture for a cookie.

 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
 ½ tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp baking soda
 2 tbsp big chocolate chips
 1 tbsp small chocolate chips
 ½ cup melted butter
 ¾ cup brown sugar
 ½ cup castor sugar
 pinch of salt
 ¼ tsp vanilla extract
 ¼ cup milk

Sift 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.

Add 2 tablespoons of big chocolate chips or 1 tablespoon of small chocolate chips. Although, you may add more or less chocolate chips depending on your taste since some people prefer more chocolate chips and some people prefer less chocolate chips. Combine well.

In another bowl, add 1/2 cup melted butter, 3/4 cup brown sugar, and 1/2 cup castor sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk mixture.

Then, add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/4 cup milk. Whisk mixture for 5 minutes. You will notice that the mixture is now light and airy.

Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients. Combine using the cut and fold method.

Cover and refrigate the dough for 20 minutes.

Line pan using parchment paper. Use an ice cream scooper or spoon to drop cookie dough onto the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

You can bake in a pressure cooker with salt or use an oven. If you are using an oven, then you need to preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Put pan on middle rack Bake the cookies for 15-18 or until they are golden.

Cool the cookies for 10 minutes then serve!
