Kesar Badam Katli

 ½ tsp saffron
 ¾ cup sugar
  cup water
 ¼ tsp cardamom
 1 cup almond flour
 ½ cup milk powder
 ½ tbsp ghee
 silver foil

Crush saffron

Mix sugar and water. Let it dissolve. Cook for 5 minutes or until the sugar syrup forms 1 strand syrup.

Add saffron, cardamom, pinch of color, almond flour, milk powder. Combine well

Add ghee and mix well. Turn off stove

Transfer into bowl. Stir until cool to touch

Grease parchment paper and rolling pin with ghee

Make ball and roll mixture until it is 1/4 inch thick

Decorate with silver foil. Cut into diamond shape
