Cauliflower Fritters

Cauliflower fritters is a fun and easy snack that takes the simple flavor of cauliflower to the next level. The batter has a variety of spices that add a burst of flavor in every single bite.

 4 cups cauliflower
 salt to taste
 ½ tsp garam masala
 1 tbsp chopped garlic
 1 tbsp ginger paste
 ¼ tbsp carom seeds
 ¼ tbsp cumin seeds
 1 tbsp coriander cumin powder
 red chili to taste
 ½ tsp turmeric powder
 2 tbsp fenugreek leaves
 ½ lime juice
 ½ cup rice flour
 1 cup besan flour

Add 4 cups cauliflower in boiling water. Stir well. Boil for 4 minutes. Remove immediately.

To the cauliflower, add salt to taste. Then, add 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1/4 tbsp carom seeds, 1/4 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp coriander cumin powder, red chili to taste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp fenugreek leaves, and 1/2 lime juice. Mix well.

Then, sprinkle 1/2 cup rice flour and 1 cup besan flour. Combine well.

Add 1/4 cup water and make sure the cauliflower is coated well.

Check to see if the oil for frying is hot enough. Drop small portions of the batter with a spoon.

Flip and fry until golden. Remove on a paper towel to get rid of any excess oil. Serve piping hot.
